Ribs, shanks & hocks

Our range of carefully calibrated ribs includes belly and loin products, from full racks to baby half racks and single ribs. Rib products are typically flavoured with marinade and sauce prior to slow cooking, although we also offer cured bacon ribs. Flavour options include several BBQ and Chinese varieties, as well as our award-winning Maple & Bourbon and Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper lines.

Lamb shanks have long been a restaurant favourite and our slow cooked products really melt in the mouth.

The York House hock range includes traditional rind-on cured hocks, cured fore houghs, and our award-winning Dry Cured Spoon Bone Gammon Hock, which has proved very popular with many customers. We can also offer a range of sauces and glazes to complement these products – please do ask us for more details.
