York House was founded on the great quality of its hams. We have expanded our product portfolio substantially since then, but we still offer a broad range of hams, from dry cured whole muscle products and Wiltshire cured hams, through to hams formed from selected cuts and even re-formed products. We use natural smoking over beechwood chips, and can offer a range of slice formats, or even whole hams if you prefer.

Our cooked pork shoulder steaks, cooked gammon steaks and cooked beef steaks are proving increasingly popular where portion control and convenience are key concerns.

We’ve recently extended the range to include salt beef and pastrami which are a big hit in summer salads and baguettes.
